AudioCraft Pro is committed to your satisfaction. Because audiobook production is a custom digital service, our refund policy is designed to ensure you're confident in your purchase before production begins, while protecting the time and resources invested in your project.

 

 

No Returns Policy

As a digital service provider, we do not accept returns of completed audiobook files. Once delivered, your audiobook is yours to use permanently across all platforms (Amazon, Apple Books, Google Play, etc.).

 

 

Refund Policy

Refunds Are Not Offered Once Production Has Begun

Because audiobook production is a custom, bespoke service, refunds are not available once we begin work on your manuscript.

 

Why? Each audiobook is individually narrated, edited, and formatted specifically for your book. Once production starts, the work cannot be resold or reused, and the time invested cannot be recovered.

 

 

How We Protect Your Investment

We understand that choosing an audiobook narrator is an important decision. That's why we've built multiple safeguards into our process to ensure you're completely confident before production begins:

 

1. Free Voice Sample

Before you purchase, you can request a completely free, no-obligation one-page voice sample using your own manuscript text.

•         Test the voice with your actual writing

•         Make an informed decision before committing

•         No pressure, no obligation

 

2. Voice Selection

Choose from available professional voices, or describe your ideal narrator and we'll find the perfect match.

 

3. Custom Voice and Voice Cloning Service

 

Custom Voice and Voice Cloning are bespoke, made-to-order services. As work begins promptly after order confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds once production has started. Where applicable, revision rounds are included with your order, with additional revisions available at an additional fee. Please read the voice description guide carefully before ordering and contact us at admin@audiocraftpro.com with any questions prior to purchase.

 

4. Revision Rounds Included

Each audiobook production includes at least one revision round at no additional cost.

 

•         If something doesn't feel right, we'll adjust it

•         Changes to pacing, tone, or emphasis

•         Re-recorded sections if needed

•         We work with you until it's right
