Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on AudioCraft Pro's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8.1 Service Description

AudioCraftPro provides custom audiobook production services, including:

 

•         Professional AI narration

•         Audio editing and mastering

•         Amazon/Audible-ready formatting

•         Table of Contents creation

•         Delivery of audio files in standard formats

 

8.2 Manuscript Requirements

You warrant that:

 

•         You own or have the legal right to the manuscript you submit

•         The manuscript does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights

•         The manuscript does not contain defamatory, obscene, or illegal content

•         You have the authority to grant AudioCraftPro the rights necessary to produce the audiobook

 

8.3 Production Timeline

•         Standard turnaround: 72 hours (business days) after order completion

•         Complex projects may require additional time (we will notify you in advance)

•         Timelines are estimates, not guarantees

•         AudioCraftPro is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control

 

8.4 Voice Selection

•         You may request a free one-page voice sample before purchase

•         Voice samples are created manually and reviewed individually

•         Available voices are listed on our website

•         Custom voice requests may be available (additional fees may apply)

 

8.5 Revision Rounds

Each audiobook production includes at least one revision round at no additional cost:

 

•         Adjustments to pacing, tone, or emphasis

•         Re-recorded sections if needed

•         Changes must be requested within 30 days of delivery

•         Additional revision rounds beyond the included round may incur additional fees

 

8.6 Delivery Format

Your audiobook will be delivered as:

 

•         Individual chapter MP3 files

•         Clearly labeled and organized

•         Amazon/Audible technical specifications met

•         Downloadable via secure link

•         Files remain available for 30 days after delivery

> This section applies specifically to customers who purchase the Voice Cloning service from AudioCraftPro.

> **8.7.1 Voice Recording Submission**
> - You warrant that you are the sole owner of the voice recording submitted and have full legal right to use it for the purposes described in this section
> - You confirm that the voice recording contains only your own voice and that no third party's voice is included without their explicit written consent
> - You are responsible for ensuring that your recording meets the technical requirements specified on the product page

> **8.7.2 Use of Your Voice Recording**
> - Your voice recording is used solely for the purpose of creating a personalised AI narrator voice for your audiobook production
> - Your cloned voice will never be used for any other author, project, or purpose
> - AudioCraftPro does not claim any ownership over your voice, your recording, or the resulting cloned narrator

> **8.7.3 Retention of Your Voice Recording**
> - Your voice recording is retained securely on file by AudioCraftPro for the sole purpose of enabling the use of your cloned voice for future audiobook projects you commission
> - Your recording will not be shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party
> - You may request deletion of your voice recording at any time by contacting admin@audiocraftpro.com. Please note that deletion will prevent the use of your cloned voice for future projects

> - By purchasing the Voice Cloning service, you explicitly consent to AudioCraftPro processing and retaining your voice recording for the purposes described in this section, in accordance with applicable data protection law including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)

> **8.7.5 Revision Rounds**
> - Your Voice Cloning order includes 2 revision rounds at no additional cost
> - Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased separately
> - Revision requests must be submitted by replying to your sample delivery email

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Your Manuscript

•         You retain full ownership of your manuscript

•         You retain full ownership of the audiobook produced from your manuscript

•         You have the right to publish, distribute, and monetize your audiobook on any platform

 

9.2 AudioCraftPro's Rights

•         AudioCraftPro retains ownership of the narration voice and production techniques

•         You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the narration itself

•         You may not use the narration for purposes other than your own audiobook

 

9.3 Confidentiality

•         Your manuscript is used only for audiobook production

•         Your manuscript is not shared, reused, or distributed

•         Your manuscript is securely deleted after project completion

•         We do not use your content for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit written consent

 

 

10. Payment Terms

10.1 Pricing

•         Prices are listed on the website and are subject to change

•         Current pricing applies to orders placed on the date of purchase

•         Taxes (where applicable) will be added at checkout

 

10.2 Payment Methods

•         Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

•         Apple Pay

•         Google Pay

•         Other payment methods as displayed at checkout

 

10.3 Payment Processing

•         Payment is processed at the time of order

•         Your order is not complete until payment is received

•         We do not store credit card information (processed securely by Shopify)

 

10.4 Invoices

•         An invoice will be sent to your email address upon order completion

11. Refund Policy

•         No refunds once production has begun

•         Free voice sample available before purchase

•         Revision rounds included to ensure satisfaction

12. Limitation of Liability

AudioCraftPro's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the audiobook production service.

 

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AudioCraftPro, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

 

•         Your use of the service

•         Your violation of these Terms of Service

•         Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

•         Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights

•         Your manuscript content

 

 

14. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

 

•         Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

•         Use the audiobook files only for lawful purposes

•         Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

•         Not use the service for any commercial purpose without written permission

•         Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

 

 

15. Termination

AudioCraftPro reserves the right to terminate service to any user who:

 

•         Violates these Terms of Service

•         Provides false or misleading information

•         Engages in illegal activity

•         Attempts to harm or disrupt the service

•         Violates intellectual property rights

 

 

16. Modifications to Terms

AudioCraftPro reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

 

17. Governing Law
